Thread Rolling & In House Machining 
 
Ray Industries specializes in Precision Thread Rolling and is one of a select few who offer In House Machining capabilities besides.

We have over 25 years of thread rolling experience and are recognized nationally as one of the best shops in the country.  Our additional machining and secondary operations give us the capability of handling every phase of the part production process.

We offer precision thread rolling and cutting in Acme, Worms, Vee and Metric thread forms along with precision machining of Ball Screws, Lead Screws, Mechanical Actuators, Worms and Threaded Fasteners.

Our thread-rolling capacity is over 6" in diameter, thread cutting 6" external and 5" internal.  We're equipped with Single and Multiple Screw Machines, state-of-the-art CNC Chuckers and Bar Machines and other supporting equipment.  We will provide the complete part or we'll do the thread rolling only.
